ORDERING PROCEDURES ORC accepts Visa and MasterCard. COD orders will not be accepted. In the event the items are on backorder, you will be notified accordingly and advised when you can expect shipment. All shipments will be via UPS, unless you wish to have the charges applied to another shipping company that you already have an account with, and will include Standard Ground Delivery, Two-Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery. We use a licensed system in order to verify and charge your credit card. RETURN POLICY Your complete satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item with in thirty (30) days of receipt as follows: Before returning your item(s), please call ORC at 609-335-2028 (POC: Kim Subbert) to obtain the correct return address and a Return Authorization number, which should appear on the mailing label. Enclose a copy of your invoice with a brief explanation for the return and/or exchange, as well as a description of the item(s) being returned. Please ship the package prepared via UPS or Parcel Post (insured). We do not accept return merchandise shipped COD. Your credit card will be credited, as applicable, for the full price of the item(s) minus the shipping and credit card charges.
